Pre-wedding Photos

Your Pre-Wedding Meeting and Photo Session

Also known as an engagement session Jon offers this optional, relaxed pre-wedding meeting and photo session to every one of our couples who choose to book their Wedding photography with us as we feel it has real value and benefits your day.  We arrange your session for about 4 - 6 weeks prior to your wedding day to enable you to meet up with Jon, run through the timing of your day, allow him take a number of relaxed photographs and also to answer any questions you may have so everything is clear and covered in advance of your walking down the aisle.

Jon's pre-wedding sessions are very relaxed and lots of fun.  They can either be at your wedding venue or one of your favourite local locations.  By the end of this session many of our couples are so excited about their big day and already planning their photography wish list ready.

"Thank you for the pre-wedding photo shoot, we both thoroughly enjoyed it!  We love all the photos thank you!"
Terri and Simon

Advantages of your Pre-Wedding photo session:

1. Allow you to get to know Jon better and for you both to spend a little time in front of the camera which will have real benefits and allow you to feel far more relaxed on your big day.

2. Feeling more relaxed on your big day and having confidence in how you look will show in your photographs.  Result lovely photographs.

3.  If you have your pre-wedding photos at your venue as you walk around you can chat through your ideas for your day,  see different styles of photography and locations for your Wedding photography.  You can then use this information to help you choose your favourites from your session to recreate when you are all made up and looking stunning.  This will ensure your day runs smoothly and you absolutely love the results.

4.  You receive a great set of beautiful relaxed photos to show for it which you and your family will love.

5.  If you have children you are welcome to bring them along and Jon can turn it into a family fun session.  In addition to everything mentioned above your children will be far more inclined to be part of your photography on your big day if they have met Jon in advance, talked to him and seen what he can do.  A little fun posing at a pre-wedding session can easily be reproduced on your Wedding Day with great results.

If you think a pre-wedding consultation and photo session is a great way to help you and your partner relax, get to know us better and also receive beautiful set of photographs of you both before your Wedding day then please let us know when you book your wedding with us.
