Hi, my name is Jon Carpenter, principal photographer at JLC Photography which I run with my wife Louise (and daughter Sophie). I have been providing wedding photography and family portraits for over 10 years and we opened our studio to provide a greater range of quality family photography in 2014.
We specialise in weddings and family portrait photography because we love family moments and believe they are of huge importance and part of who we are. Family moments are very precious - a new baby, christening, your children growing up and changing so fast, heading off to University and of course weddings when the whole family get together to celebrate one of the most special days of a couple's life. All captured moments and beautiful memories for all the family which later become treasured by future generations. I firmly believe that the albums, prints and wall art I produce today will still have parents and children recalling great family moments and smiling at them 20 years from now.
Perfectly located in the beautiful market town of St Ives (near to Tesco and M&S) with easy access to the A14 and our own car park. We offer a range of coloured backgrounds for our fun family portraits and of course black and white for our more Classic stylised portraits. Our Studio is a great size for families and with our huge sofa ideal for family groups to come together for create some amazing family portraits. This means there is loads of room for kids, teens and young adults 'to do their own thing' whether that involves cuddling our giant teddy, dance, football or music - we have seen it all. For us pets are part of the family so please let us know if you would like to bring them with you.
